Great hotel. Lovely staff, polite, hard working. Convenient to everything including the castle and great food. Wish parking was simple like Osaka with turntable and self parking but this is just a wish. Parking was cheaper outside then at hotel was expecting parking to be included in price otherwise would have parked at lot right behind goe cheaper. Maybe I missed that when reserving hotel that there was a charge.
The room was a good size for the price ans clean with great amenities. The staff at the front desk were polite and efficient. We got the plan with breakfast which was a very good deal at the room on the top floor with great views. We recommend this hotel very highly!
A very handsome, comfortable hotel, close to the castle (views from the breakfast room of the park, if not the castle itself). A few steps to the local Dori and district, with eating and shopping galore. Excellent service, very helpful staff with good English. Would highly recommend for a stay in Matsuyama
Checkin was smooth and easy. Staff were courteous and helpful. Room was clean and was serviced by housekeeping. Water bottle in the room was replaced daily which was a nice gesture.
Shower included a tub and bathroom bad plenty of amenities such as toothbrush, bidet, and other items. Good water pressure and water temperature.
Staff were super helpful. One man in particular went out of his way to find me a seat at they sky lounge even though it was full. Really great experience.
Perfect location close to transportation lines, historic sites, gardens and affordable food options. The free breakfast offers an abundant variety for all palettes and a stunning view of Matsuyama castle and a historic French home. The two on-site restaurants are pricey, but the food is delicious and cheaper eateries are nearby.
