部屋が綺麗に清掃が行き届き、わからないことフロントで聞いてもけきかくにたいおうしてくださった。朝食も島根らしい食材でよかったです。次回は友達と来ます。

チェックイン前に荷物を預かって頂き、お部屋に運んでくださってて、嬉しかったです。宅急便も手配して頂き、助かりました。駅から近かったので、また次回も利用しよう！と思いました。

出張で初めて利用しました。新しいホテルではありませんが、チェックイン·アウトはタッチパネルによってスムーズにできます。初めてでもスタッフの方が丁寧に教えていただけるのて時間はかかりませんでした。アメニティはロビーのエレベーター前に準備されていますが、とても種類が多く充実しています。入室すると室内の洗面所にあるコップにもアメニティが詰め込まれており、ロビーにはなかったものがあったりしてびっくり。駅前と言うこともあって移動や食事には困らないロケーションで良いと思いました。また利用させていただこうと思います。

研修のため使用させて頂きましたが、チェックインもチェックアウトもカードキーでスムーズにでき、とても良かったです。また、館内も非常に静かで過ごしやすかったです。

バイクを敷地内における事

バイク旅行でしたので、置き場所が1番の問題でしたが、ホテル内に無料で置くことができて大変に、感謝しております♪。また、酎ハイなどに入れる氷や電子レンジも各階に備え付けてあり(無料)、助かりました。朝食も満足しました。ただ部屋の冷蔵庫の底が少しこぼした跡があり、拭き取れていなかったのと、ホテル側にメッセージを滞在前に入れましたが、いまだに回答無し(既読もされていない)のが残念です。その他は満足しています。

設備は少し古いものの、ベッドは心地良く、駅近で便利です。ただ、駅夜間工事の音はとてもよく聞こえます。後は洗面台から異臭がしたので、そこは残念でした。

松江駅のすぐ裏で有料ながら駐車場も使えて利便性の高い立地。部屋もきれいでした。スマホの充電器を持って行くのを忘れて困っていましたが、ホテルからの貸し出しがあり助かりました。
