"I was highly impressed with the quality cleanliness and look of the place. The room was very comfortable and very well equipped with all the amenities necessary. The staff were extremely helpful in very friendly. From the main entrance is simple in appearance however when you walk through those doors and see the beautiful nature, it’s like walking into an oasis. I will definitely recommend this place."

"DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL! We arrived to the property and had to hunt someone all the way to the back of the property to be checked in. The room smelled like old, the bathrooms not property clean, spider webs on the walls. Disgusting! We were told the breakfast is served between 7:00Am to 10:00AM, we went to the breakfast room and no one was there, no employee around at all. Reception was alone all the time. We left without a proper checkout, left the key at the desk good bye!"

"Rooms and pool where clean. Staff was amazing.... a/c ice cold and beds where really comfy and clean.... Area in Las Terrenas is quiet and staff make sure uou rest and have a good stay. Would boom again!"
