"The room overall was cleaned but the sofa bed had a big stain and with no sheets. Had to go get some from front office. The king bed had sheets with gum on them. Prior to my arrival I called to confirm about the bbq pits I was told they had 2 1) gas and 1) with charcoal I stopped and got what I needed to cook just to get to hotel to no pits, I asked the staff and she had no idea where they could be. The laundry room was also out of order, prior to finding out I asked the staff if I had to have cash or if it was electronic they informed me it was cash. Once I came down to ask if they had another one as the one on my floor was out of order she said no….."

"This is one of the Better Comfort Suites I have stayed at. I choose Comfort a lot to stay in when I’m out of town due to the quality and the cleanliness. This one was very beautiful. The staff was very courteous and helpful and sweet. We would definitely recommend staying at this one in Bay City again and again."
