Wir hatten zu 4. als Familie gebucht, trotzdem war Schlafsofa für die Kinder nicht gemacht, es war auch keine Bettwäsche Decken oder Kissen da. Da wir spät ankamen war auch Rezeption nicht besetzt. Nächsten morgen an der Rezeption kein Wort der Entschuldigung oder Erklärung. Schlecht

Dårlig ferieoplevelse

Da vi ankom, var der ingen værelse til os, selvom vi havde fået bekræftelse på 1 overnatning fra Hotels.com. Vi fik til sidst anvist et værelse, som dog ikke var rengjort. Vi valgte at spise aftensmad på hotellet som vi skulle betale 20 euro for. Der var kun en meget tyndt omgang suppe i buffeten, da alle de andre gæster havde spist alt andet. Virkelig en dårlig oplevelse og bestemt ikke et sted vi kommer igen.
