"The property is gorgeous, situated on a high road overlooking the Gulf of Naples, with Capri in the not-so-far distance. Our Junior Suite was fantastic, with its own large terrace that we could use to sun ourselves or just have a glass of wine and watch the sunset. Room was very large, as was the bathroom. Lucia helped immensely on check-in and throughout our stay. Pool on the roof was super nice, with lots of chairs and umbrellas, as well as an area with tables and chairs. The bar up there was great, thanks to Antonio. He got us to try a couple new drinks during our stay. The restaurant is superb, with an extremely wide selection menu. The staff there was always super attentive and offered suggestions on both entrees and wines. Overall, staying here was the best part of our three week trip to Italy. Kudos to the entire staff and ownership."

"Complimentary daily shuttle was very useful for getting to and from Sorrento. Included breakfast was really good and had a wide ranging menu. The scenery around the property is really nice. The staff was very responsive on WhatsApp whenever ever a shuttle to the airport was needed. Getting to the airport was very expensive. Offering an airport shuttle for guests would have made this a 5 star rating for sure"

"Everything is great except the hotel shuttle service schedule, which really interferes with our activity planning. I wish it started earlier than 9 am and ended later than 7:30 pm. The shuttle takes about 18 minutes each way between the hotel and the central area of the city, assuming there' s no traffic."

"My wife and I were both unexpectedly unwell on this week long, eagerly awaited holiday, but although we couldn't get out and about much the hotel made up for this and somehow we still enjoyed ourselves. It has a faded charm, lots of places to sit and enjoy the magnificent views over the Bay of Naples, and the staff were wonderfully kind and helpful. We also had the benefit of a room with a patio looking out over the pool. The meals didn't seem anything special until we discovered the al a carte as opposed to the set menu that is pushed forward, because it is much better.
