"Room and property new carpet and paint if you don't need all the fine finishes very good buy. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Stayed with a pet two nights. Parking lot was well lit to walk the dog at night, Manager was very pleasant and helpful with any concerns I had. Basic needs only but good value"

"This is not a Holiday Inn Express as advertized. It has been a Comfort Inn since 2019. Dirty cleaning rags were hanging in the shower. The shampoo was empty. The pool was out of service. "

"The Staff of the motel hardly spoke English at all and refused to accept the expedia prepayment as they say they never end up getting paid by Expedia. If I wanted to stay I had to pay them again, I refused and booked another motel down the street. Despite this, Expedia refused to refund my money and basically threw the whole thing back in my lap. I will never use Expedia again nor stay at this place in Havana. Instead, dear traveler, book the RED LION Motel in Havana, much better place, great staff and not much more money."

"I used the pool and it was clean and warm. Beds were comfortable. We didn’t bother with breakfast - just cereal and some donettes with coffee. It’s clean but worn looking. "

"We stayed 7 nights. 3 days in a row our room was not serviced by housekeeping. We told the front desk every day and was assured it would be serviced each day but it was not. The housekeeping paperwork said we had DND tag on door but that was not true. I think they had staff issues. After speaking with GM it was finally serviced. "

"Always enjoy my stay here. It is a great small getaway place and everyone is so nice. Stayed in a smaller room the first time and for the price it was worth it, but when I stayed in the bigger room with the hot tub I loved the room. But there was some stains on the floor & one of the chairs that were a little concerning. The jets in the tub also seemed to have not been cleaned properly so I did not use. All in all I’d go with the smaller room then to pay as much as I did for the bigger one. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is very homey and welcoming. Definitely will be back. "

"The pool was warm and clean, probably the warmest hotel experience I have had. The room was clean on appearance, but there was a bit of crumbs and debris on the floor behind the bed. The bed was okay, sheets were clean and bedding appeared clean except for the cigarette burn on the bedspread. On the upside, no bedbugs or other bugs were noticed. I checked, which is why I found the space between the head of the bed (below the headboard) and the bed needed cleaned. The bathroom was cleaned nicely. The entire hotel seems dated, but it looks like they are making updates and improvements. Staff was kind and easy to work with. Easy check-in. The only thing I didn’t like was they wanted a $100 deposit on a room that was already fully paid for at booking. I would probably stay again, but I don’t know that I would pay a higher rate than what I did to stay there."
