"I am not one to eat breakfast so I can't comment on it but the tea could have been red rose (so Canadian) with milk for it. I did enjoy the company and would like to thank the staff that so graciously received my late luggage. Five star for that. "

"Breakfast menu was amazing. Staff at restaurant were wonderful. Issues. Room was ridiculously small. Shower head did not work properly. Had to ask for another towel even though we had booked for 3 people. Had to ask twice. When we called after 7 pm for something there was no one at the front desk. We were put to the bar and the item never showed up. This should be a 24 hour service. Not having to wait til staff at the bar have time. Beds were very uncomfortable. Our view was the hardware store across the street even though they were far from full Thankfully the people were wonderful "

"Not so great options for the breakfast. Not everybody eats HAM/pork. No option for chicken or turkey sausage options for breakfast. Hot tub was broken because it would randomly turn on and off on it's own. I was there for three days and though the lady cleaned my room she would not vacuum the room which is disappointing. "

"Staff was helpful and friendly. They have a huge 5 star from me. Rooms are dated which is expected and I was fine with. However the people in the area were banging on our door in the middle of the night. Had to get them to go away not ideal or safe."

"The staff were so warm and accomodating, both in the receiving and restaurant! We love the delicious and huge servings of food! Our kids had a grand time! The view was fantastic and it’s just a few minutes walk to the city street filled great stores! PLUS, I accidentally left my belt bag with my wallet in it outside and the staff was able to return it to our room! We couldn’t thank then enough! Our stay was memorable because of such awesome people! We will surely return here soon! Thank youuuu, everyone!❤️❤️❤️❤️"

"Property condition is suboptimal. Cleanliness is also suboptimal - dirty floor (our feet get black without having shoes on). shower is not cleaned thoroughly - dirt coming from everywhere once you try to move the shower head. Bedroom is cold without the heater."

"I enjoyed everything about this hotel except the noise between rooms and hallways. Better sound proofing is needed. Breakfast was great!"
