"Could not recommend this accommodation enough - a real hidden gem! Massive, secure 2 bedroom apartment in a wider bunkhouse complex which was, when we stayed, not occupied. Only 5 mins drive from Kirriemuir and so quiet and peaceful - in the heart of the countryside. Comms were great and all mod cons throughout including WiFi, TVs in all rooms and even a starter hamper! Will definitely book again. The dog loved the outdoor space which is literally ‘on your doorstep’! A+"

"This little place bucks the trend where other establishments are failing and has charm in abundance. From entry to exit, everything is just done right. The room was spacious, clean and well maintained. The ensuite bathroom was again well maintained with large shower. There are other personal touches within the room such as fresh milk provided and a baked treat daily. Then there is the breakfast, an expertly cooked Scottish breakfast with fresh coffee, juices and the most insane, cloud like pancakes. The owners are brilliant, great conversation, interesting and have a lovely backstory. Location wise, it is very quiet aand safe around the B&B, with European travelers choosing it as a base to see local landmarks. I used it as my base for the Oil and Gas show up the road in Aberdeen and will do so again next time."
