"The facility was quite good overall, but there is room for improvement. The room could use more storage space, as there were no drawers at all. Lighting was also limited, with only two lamps by the headboard and one near the entrance, which made the room feel quite dark.The hotel’s soundproofing could be improved as well. I was able to hear my neighbors very clearly, including their TV, and the noise made it difficult to sleep on some nights."

"The staff at this hotel are amazing. Sandy and Caitlin went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The rooms are large. The downside was our sink and tub both drained extremely slow. We could hear the people above us. The location was great and walkable to many things. The elevator floor was dirty our entire visit. I think they had construction workers staying in the hotel and the dirt came off their boots. They should keep a better eye on this. We would stay here again just because the staff was so accommodating and friendly."

"Room was good. Pool was nice and warm. Hot tub was decent but my shower water was hotter. Breakfast was surprisingly good! Nice variation. AC, outside traffic and ice maker were loud. Overall was good!"

"This is definitely one of the nicest hotels I've stayed at in a while! Besides having a great location with easy access, the building is very new and has a nice spacious feel, and the rooms are large, clean, and comfortable. The hot tub and pool area is also spacious and well maintained. Two staff that I would like to commend are Alex and Jimlyn. Alex was very professional and courteous, and Jimlyn was very friendly and helpful!"

"I was expecting a cheap room. Because I didn't pay that much. But I was pleasantly surprised. It was really nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. Everything worked all the lights and the bathroom was nice. The. Water was hot . The tv and remote worked. The attendant that was there when I got there was pretty nice. If I ever come back to Minnesota and I'm in that area I'll definitely book a room there again ."

"Absolutely beautiful picture window with the floor to ceiling view of the lake! We stayed 3 nights and the king mattress allowed us the BEST night's sleep! Staff was wonderful as well!"
