Self Check-in is more of a hassle for the staff than the normal check in. It was ( and for the 4 couples behind us) a cluster F. The rooms are tired and the bar is so busy the poor 3 staff were swamped, which created angst amongst travellers, especially newbys whose excitement got the better of them. St Mary’s pub was less confrontational. Needs some work Rydges, or change the name. It a brand damaging situation. The staff deserve a medal. The management? A new career move. "
