Whitewashed buildings frame the historic centre where you can explore narrow lanes and the 16th-century Torre Moline. Relax on pristine beaches along the Ionian coast or take a cooking class to master Pugliese specialities like orecchiette pasta.
Exceptional from start to finish - we received an upgrade and all gold exclusives and the dinner in Cassamatta was one of the best Michelin experiences I’ve ever had!

Very stylish Masseria with the most charming, helpful staff. Amazing food served on a beautiful veranda, or in their rustic dining room. Highly recommended.

We had a fantastic family stay at this beautiful and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Puglia. We stayed in a spacious family room with two separate bedrooms, which was perfect for us. The room was stylish, spotless, and very comfortable, with exceptionally comfortable beds that ensured a great night's sleep.Housekeeping was excellent. Our room was cleaned every day, the beds were beautifully made, fresh towels were provided daily, and complimentary bottled water was replenished each...

Had a wonderfully relaxing week at this hotel. A truly beautiful property with a fantastic pool. All of the staff were so friendly and really looked after us, particularly Valentina on the reception desk. Breakfast was good including a range of pastries and cakes but we really enjoyed the evening meals at the property which were from a limited menu, but varied daily and such high quality. We achieved what we set out to do which was relax and do very little. If you do want to go out and about I...

Stunning grounds, fantastic castle and winery tour and wonderful warm and friendly people that are passionate about making your stay perfect. The simera wine tasting with lunch was ridiculously great value. Topped off by a really impressive sunset over the vines, it was like they arranged everything. We went very early in the season so we practically had the Scuderie to ourselves, and there wasn’t a wedding in the castle so it was totally peaceful. Beautiful place that makes beautiful wine!

Francesco and Melissa were great hosts in this stunning house. They gave us loads of information on where to go during the days and where to eat in the evenings (excellent restaurant every time). The breakfast was nice and beautifully prepared, like everything else they did (attention to detail was perfect). The room was unbelievable for the price, a huge bedroom, a bathroom bigger than my living room and a massive outside area on the roof with an outdoor shower, which we loved.

Stunning setting with a fantastic pool area, staff were amazing and nothing was too much trouble. Food was excellent and although they didn’t state on their menus that there are kids options, as they are published that evening when the chef has completed it, they do. The kids both had chicken schnitzel and chips, but could have had pasta also among other options. Breakfast typically Italian, cakes, pastries and fruits but also a range of cereals including muesli and bacon and egg. Room was...

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is incredibly calm and peaceful, making it the perfect place to relax. All of the staff were lovely, but a special mention goes to the hotel manager and the owner, who were exceptionally welcoming and attentive. It’s clear that a great deal of time, care, and attention has gone into every aspect of the hotel. We would definitely recommend staying here.
