"Firstly took us 1.5 hrs to get checked in they charged us 2 times went to the pool and was closed then re opened for them to say that we needed swimming hats but the shop was closed till 430 so 1 hrs after we got there 2 little children just staring at the water and crying because they wanted to go in the water"

Infatti ad aprile ho prenotato una settimana di vacanze chiedendo preventivamente se potessero accedere due pincher del peso di tre chili cadauno. Ricevetti risposta di possibilità di accesso, che tale accesso era gratuito avrei dovuto pagare soltanto 35 euro per le pulizie. Orbene all'arrivo (e ho copia della fattura) il proprietario ha preteso, e sottolineo preteso, 15 euro....
