"Staff was awful and needs more training for proper hospitality. Doesn’t even smile and greet people properly. Was very rude to tell all the guests that came a little early before 3pm that check in is 3pm! It feels more like a vibe of a cheap motel. Room was average and carpet has this weird stains so don’t walk barefoot. The shuttle driver was nicer and helpful than actual hotel receptionist."

"The price was decent because there is no charge for parking but the room felt old, didn’t shower because the showerhead had a lot of limescale, and the smell of the room was bad, we stay two different nights, different days. The first night and day was fine and the 2nd day it was the day that was bad. Overall it was good."
