Great location—within easy walking distance of major attractions, metro stations, and plenty of shopping. There are also many excellent restaurants nearby.
The staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. They clearly made an effort to ensure our stay was comfortable, which we really appreciated.
The only minor downsides were that the elevators were a bit slow at times, and the pillows were somewhat hard and flat for my liking. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay.

our faucet was leaking in the bathroom. Our safe box was broken. The hotel elevator was super slow. The hotel needs some updating.

This is a no-brainer for the value. A large buffet Breakfast was included, on-site parking was easy, and the staff allowed us to check in early and even had our room made up with the extra bed.
