Room keys had to be re keyed every time leaving room. Keys were not put in a wallet or by a credit card, and they still didn't work. Huge inconvenience. Printer on shared computer also was broke at this time.

I liked that the restaurants were attached to the hotel, very convenient. The key cards were brtual, had the get it reprogrammed several times. You can hear people walking around, it legit sounded like someone was walking around my room. Maybe they have ghosts?

There were only two large towels and one hand towel in the room - I did go to the front desk and request another. No problem. The Coffee tray needed replacing - It was a little gritty from past use. The one door on the sliding mirror by the door - was off the track and didn't work. I did not report to the front desk....as I simply accessed what I needed from the other side. However: the room was very quiet and the bed comfortable - I slept well.
