New hotel that is close to the ports and city. Easy access to Venice either by foot or people mover. The hotel seems new, was clean, and the staff were very friendly.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient. However, the fact that they charged for bottled water, which is usually provided, along with other items, was really disappointing.

Excellent hotel. 50 steps from St Marks Square. Beautiful view of Gondola launch area from the room. Clean room. Modern amenities. A bit noisy from the gondola area in the morning. Ear plugs fixed that minor inconvenience. They have their own gondola launch door who appears to get priority service. ...
