She needs a raise for being so kind, always had a smile, and was sooo helpful. I will recommend her for a manager spot. She should be commended for her excellent customer service skills and representation of Best Western. The breakfast staff were both very accomodating and personable. The maintenance gentlement was also very polite and willing to accommodate any needs that arised. We were very impressed with the room accomodations and cleaning services. The employees really restored my faith in customer service excellence still being a part of our society. Thank you all very much for your service.
