Patch spots on bathroom wall were incomplete. Shower curtain liner was too short and missing a snap attachment. No grab bars inside the shower or outside the shower. Carpet was filthy, needed shampooing. No explanation of how to operate the TV remote. Sconce fixture on the hall wall leading to our room needed a bulb change. A mildewy odor upon entering the hotel. Not impressed at all with my first visit to Fairfield Inn and Suites.
The hotel was clean and updated but we arrived late to check in. The hotel employee did not get off of her personal phone call to check us in. The room was updated and clean but as I sat on the mattress it’s like it was tilted. I had to sleep on the side closest to wall so it didn’t feel like I was going to roll out. Not sure what would cause the tilt. Breakfast was good.
The room was clean, but the beds were not comfortable. They were humped in the middle of the mattress and it made you feel as though you were going to fall off the bed. Customer service was excellent.
The hot water didnt work and the door to our room was co.ing off the hinges so we tested to see how safe it was and sure enough we closed the door and tried to get in and we were able to get in without a room key.
Location was good. Ihop next door was convenient. It appeared our room had not been vacuumed since there was trash on the floor upon arrival. All other was clean and neat. The room was dated with old furnishings, the switch plate covers were yellowed. Upon arrival their system was down, we never had a key to our room so we were afraid to leave once there.
We got double charged. Once by hotels.com and once by Fairfield. Paid 759 for two nights. Fairfield said Expedia didn’t send them payment so it’s our problem to battle Expedia. Why is the burden on me if they have a problem getting paid from Expedia? Advice, don’t use expedia or Marriott. Neither will lift a finger to help you if there is a problem, it’s just your problem. Update: A nice lady at Fairfield named Allison went above and beyond when no one else would and resolved this issue. It’s nice to see there are still people with integrity and willing to do what’s right. Thank you Allison!
Im never going back because it was the worst everything was out of order swimming pool, exercise room, elevator out of order the doors on the side of the hotel side entrance was open not locking safety issues
Outside of motel & entire parking lot was dirty. It has not been taken care of at all. Room just didn’t feel clean. Bathroom shower curtain was dirty. Hair was in shower. Room across hall looked like it had been broken in to. We didn’t feel very safe.
Toilet seat was broken, couch in room had stains all over it and missing cushions.

Waited at the front desk for about 10 minutes before finally having to call the hotel phone and ask someone to come up. Found a bug in the bed. Pool was closed for some reason. Definitely NOT a $200 a night experience.
No air in room. Fan put on but wouldn't run. A/c not on so room was stuffy and muggy. Room setup excellent. Checked in at midnight.. Staff was quick but did not say 5 words. Didn't check Id or anything.
The room was outdated. The couch was a pull out couch but it was worn and uncomfortable. The bathroom was nice and updated. The bed was fairly comfortable. The hotel overall smelled liked they were trying to cover up an old smell. It was okay, but still needs some updating and refreshing. Now, the breakfast was really good.
We picked this hotel because it had a swimming pool and a full breakfast buffet. When we get there come to find out the pool is closed under construction. Also also once we had the breakfast the next morning it was next morning it was good although there was not a single meat item on the breakfast
I love how the room was designed it feels like you’re in a bigger room than you really are the way it’s broken up the breakfast was amazing they have waffles and croissants in quiche and wrapped up that are warm. Some people thought it looked like a gas gas station food but it’s a really really good meal and I’m a fairly picky eater I thought it was amazing
Check in was delayed. When we arrived the desk clerk was "away from the desk". He didn't return for about 15 minutes. We were tired after a long day, and anxious to get to our room. The two queen bed room that I had booked and paid for was not available, so we were "upgraded" to a King Size bed with a pull out couch. That was uncomfortable for the one that had to sleep on the couch. Room had a weird, stale smell. Felt safe there. Worked for the purpose of which we were staying.
The property looks good but entire corridor at the 3rd floor which we stayed was smelling very bad.
Pool was under construction and it was not mentioned in website.
Very less options in breakfast. For everything they were like currently we are out of this etc etc.
It was not at all a level of Marriott. It is similar to country in or other mid level hotels.
Very excited for the indoor pool, all other area pools were outside and it's over 100°
Only reason we stayed here. Should have put notice on Expedia that it was temporarily closed.
Time we found out was at check in with grandkids, too late to reload and look for another motel
Both queen beds are broke, both leaning towards each other, no side support, both were leaning big time towards the floor, feel like you are going to fall out.
Other than that breakfast was very nice
The front desk clerk, Jaz, was amazing! Very friendly, professional, and was dressed very nicely! The room was nice, beds slightly uncomfortable, but bearable for one night. Breakfast was good, coffee was excellent. Overall, great stay
Perfect place to rest after a long day of traveling!
