Resort in a wonderful position. Not too large so that you don't suffer the city center pain. Room was very nice and bed comfortable. Cleaning could be better. Staff helped with some little problems Easy access to tours (not directly provided by resort) although at high price. Food could definetly be improved.

We saw turtles every day.

We saw turtles every day. Lots to see if you like snorkeling. Thanks to Mr Zad for his help. Our room had a panoramic view (not all rooms do). The food was good, we did not get ill from it. We are a quiet older couple who like snorkeling, and pretty relaxing sea views, and so this hotel was good for us.

Nice quiet hotel. Perfect for snorkeling/diving

The hotel is a bit old, but still comfortable. The staff is super kind. Usually calm, the last few days a bit less due to some children that were allowed to run and shout all over (even during dinner) by their parents. There were other children in the place but they were normally joyfull and reasonably loud (they are still children). I would have expected the hotel staff to do something. It would be also good if the cleaning staff do not change towels every single day, I was alone and even if I tried they changed all 4 towels every day.

Les chambres de lHôtel peu entretenu.alors qu il reconstruisent plusieurs blocs. Les frigos ne fonctionnent pas et très bruyant la nuit .on a demandé le changement tous les jours au bout du quatrième jour changement un peu de froid mais très bruyant.pas d animations le soir et toujours la même musique de fond au repas .le personnel était très gentils et souriants. Im Zimmer lief das Wasser durch die Wand vom Badezimmer ins Schlafzimmer. Nach dem Zimmerwechsel hatten wir genau das gleiche Problem im anderen Zimmer wieder. Das Essen war ok, aber nichts Besonderes. Die Menschen die da arbeiten waren alme sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Hotel molto tranquillo, senza animazione: perfetto per l'assoluto riposo. Cibo un po' ripetitivo... migliorabile. Spiaggia attrezzata con para vento e bar che offre pizza o focaccia. Speciale la posizione sul mare, con accesso agevole al mare stesso. E' il luogo dove si vedono tartarughe, razze e vari pesci ... piu' il famoso dugongo... anche se io non ho avuto il piacere! Attenzione alla corrente in acqua!

La struttura non molto grande situata adiacente a un mare spettacolare . Le camere standard , direi carine , le mie erano vista mare una a terra e una al secondo piano ( questa molto grande con cupola in stile arabo ) avrebbero bisogno di una rinfrescata, una mano di vernice ai mobili e il bagno rimodernato ( sostituzione delle specchiere obsolete e attenzione alle muffe) ma comunque il rapporto qualità prezzo è alto e per chi va in mar rosso la priorità è il mare e quello è veramente superlativo, con possibilità di camminare sulla spiaggia per km e km in entrambi i lati , e con dei reef veramente unici. Si mangia bene sia i piatti tipici ( non troppo spezziati ) che la pasta ( ottima) e la pizza al bar della spiaggia è stata una piacevole scoperta . Non c'è animazione ( per noi adulti un bene!) per i ragazzi magari organizzare qualcosa sarebbe positivo ( i miei sono grandi non ne hanno sentito la mancanza) Nel complesso direi ottima struttura. Se posso ci ritorno!

Tout à été parfait pendant notre séjour, la restauration, la propreté, le cadre et surtout le personnel de l’hôtel, aux petits soins. L’endroit est magnifique, des spots sublimes, ideal pour la plongée, assez isolé mais tellement reposant et vue direct sur la mer rouge, que demander de plus ? Un rafraîchissement sur les chambres serait envisageable mais cela ne nous a pas empêché de passer d’excellents moments. Pas de Wifi gratuite dans l’hôtel mais possibilité d’acheter une carte.

Хороший отель, отдых удался.

Уборка номеров оставляет желать лучшего. А в остальном всё очень понравилось. Пляжные зонтики требуют обновления, они прохудились и плохо защищают от солнца. Питание хорошнго качества и очень вкусно приготовлено. Обслуживание очень приветливое и дружелюбное. Команда подобрана великолепно. Мгновенно реагируют на ваши на все ваши обращения и стараются всё выполнить. Отдых удался. Будет возможнось вернуться, без сомнений да. Спасибо всем.

Piccolo report tranquillo e ben tenuto. I giardini ottimamente curati sono un tutt' uno con la bellissima barriera alla quale si accede da una splendida spiaggia bianca. Un ringraziamento particolare a tutto il personale egiziano coordinati da Fathj e Hagar che con la loro discrezione e continua attenzione ci hanno coccolati per tutto il soggiorno dal 17 al 24 febbraio 2018. Beautiful Tasteful Hotel with best Red Sea Snorkel

We had a beautiful 5 days at Shams Alam, on a nature preserve with amazing reefs you can swim to easily to see the resident turtle, colorful coral (the best we've ever seen, Caribbean and Red Sea) and colorful fish. The friendliest staff so solicitous and proud of their work. The hotel is the most tasteful adobe on the Red Sea. A very special place where we had a wonderful New Year's Eve extravaganza at absolutely no extra cost. They go all out to please. If it weren't so far to get to Marsa Alam, we wouldn't go anywhere else. Beats the built up Hurghada and even Sinai.

è l'ultimo hotel a sud di Marsa Alam

troppo lunga l'attesa per avere la camera. dopodiche mi hanno assegnato una camera proprio davanti al bocchettone di sfogo della cucina, che fa un rumore incredibile. ho subito protestato, ma mi hanno detto che se chiudevo la porta non si sentiva nulla. Dopo due notti ho chiesto e ottenuto il trasferimento. l'hotel era quasi vuoto, perchè darmi una camera simile?
