"I would like to share with you the wonderful time we had over two weeks at the Jaz Riviera. I have been coming to Egypt for over 20 years and have to say the new style of hotels are a great format for European travelers. The hotel and gardens are immaculate and kept very clean. The pool is heated in the winter months as the hotel is only 2 months old. The pool Italian was my favorite with freshly stone backed pizzas and amazing staff who make this hotel. Thanks to the staff in the pool bar for...

"The staff at this hotel treat is like friends as we are now on our 5th stay. But, the were extremely welcoming even on our 1st visit. We really look forward to coming here for the atmosphere and relaxation. It's 4 star accommodation with 10 star staff. Nothing is too much trouble and the food never leaves us disappointed. "Alles perfekt, wir kommen wieder."

Air conditioning did not work initially, the remote did not work. The gym was not working, and it was a bummer that it cost extra to use and sauna and steam room. I did not like the fact the WiFi was only avaliabe in the reception area. Staff was amazing, property was clean, and the food wasn’t bad, but wasn’t the best. If you’re someone like me, and...
