"My travel arrangements changed because of the storm and the staff couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful. The room was spotless and extremely comfortable - a perfect place to hunker down while it snowed! The owner and the staff obviously take pride in this lovely hotel. I'd stay there again without hesitation. Highly recommended! "

"I would recommend this hotel for anyone who is comfortable staying in a non-corporate and somewhat dated property. The rooms seem to have been updated recently; ours was updated, clean and comfortable, with new bedding. I have no complaints, and overall I think this was incredible value for what we paid. Several comments have dinged the property for the condition of the parking lot, age of the building, etc. It's true the property needs some work, and the owners are making progress. If you need to be in a modern Hilton or Marriott property, and old-time vibes put you off, then maybe skip this one. For me, I would stay here again. "
