I like the service from reception staff and the 2 bedroom property we stayed, clean, quite & easy to get taxi from outside the apartments. The only thing I wasn't happy with is blankets was not washed they were very smell. That's only thing needs to be improved 💯 😌. Every thing else i was very very happy with

Nice place to stay in nice area. Excellent services. The room was good, it’s exactly what I needed. The only thing, I arrived at 4:00 PM but checked at 5:00 PM.

Worst check in ever. Waiting over two hours after 3 pm for check in. No apology we were told to be patient I asked for some tea for my elderly parents who were waiting they said go to the restaurant and get it. Horrible !

Stayed in the studio apartment at Wazo. Room has a small kitchen with the basics. It was nice to have a frig and microwave (small stovetop is there too). Check in was easy. Room was cleaned daily. There’s a play area and pool on premises. Taxi drivers were usually outside for when I needed to get around city. I would stay again. Booked and paid through Expedia.

Great place to stay away from all the traffic ! Only a 12 min Drive from Gueliz ! Very clean , comfortable ! Friendly staff Very happy with our room booked senior apt , it was referred By a family member , will be back next time We visit !

It’s not a luxury hotel, so don’t expect opulence and razzmatazz but it’s indeed lovely and clean. Amazing staff like Jalal, Hannah and others. Most of the front desk speak English. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel has a kids area and extra cribs, it’s in a clean and beautiful environment. Very close to a mall, there is bruschetta restaurant across the road, there is a shuttle that goes to the Mohamed V boulevard everyday at regular intervals. The pictures are exactly what you get; I’ll definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants value for the money.

We booked & paid through Expedia... but we faced delay and many issues during check-in & checkout from the reception staff asking for double payment because their reservation employees who’s managing the relationship with Expedia are absent in this 2 days and no one know about our reservation. This cost us +1 hour waiting in check-in & checkout. And forced us to do international call to Expedia Call Center for 8 minutes.

Hotel is OK... fairly new... but not being well maintained. Staff was extremely slow and not particularly friendly. They were not rude but did not seem like they knew what was going on and were not quick to help. Wifi in the room was poor. Good enough to check email that is all. Hotel is located in a good area if you are driving into Marrakech and you do not want to be in the busy areas.

Disappointing stay with lots of issues
I stayed at Wazo Apart last week with freinds, we booked a room in the Apart hotel. We experienced lots of issues during our stay, the room was not cleaned daily neither were basic items like towels and toilet roll provided without asking! The tea cups in the room were really dirty and there was no washing up liquid available to clean ourselves. Our bathroom shower and sink got blocked twice therefore we had to request someone to fix. There was also no hot water in our bathroom, after several complaints our shower then started producing hot water. My booking via expedia stated breakfast was included however every morning for 5 days straight, we were harassed for payment to have breakfast. Even after speaking with the reception and Manager on numerous occassions and also after showing my booking we were still harrased for payment. This then was resolved on the last day which was a shame as this ruined the start of each day. On a positive note the spa facility was great and it was really the only part of the hotel we enjoyed. The issues we experienced were not difficult to resolve however due to the lack of urgency or help from the staff this ruined our experience with the hotel.

An unfriendly and awful hotel, apartment, will not recommend or use again, there are so many nicer and great places to stay in Marrakech, a complete rip off place!

Avoid like a plague
Far away from centre, does not offer value for money, noisy environment and very slow internet to non existent, personal does not care about guests and find the property actually dirty and bedding extremely uncomfortable and not fit for purpose, there are much better options in Marrakech and cheaper, just a horrible stay and will definitely not stay there again, I am sure all positive reviews are fake.

Great first holiday
The hotel was beautiful the area was beautiful although it was a a bit out of the city center. Get around easily, big supermarket nearby; great people and good customer service would definitely recommend for children and people with no children.

El hotel en general está muy bien, el personal muy agradable y servicial, las instalaciones fenomenal. La ubicación está algo lejos del centro y es conveniente coger taxi, en algunos momentos se oye el ruido del tráfico de la avenida desde la habitación. Un hotel bueno y recomendable.

Das Hotel war sehr gut geeignet für Familie, nette Personal und schöne Ausstattung. Bei uns im Apartment hat der Abflussweg der Spüle gestunken, was der Personal nicht beseitigen konnten. Die Lage des Hotels optimal und alles in der Nähe, gute Autoverbindung, einkaufen und Gastronomie war auch gut.

Hôtel appart sans grand intérêt
Nous avons passé 3 nuits mon mari mes 3 enfants et moi, hôtel excentre loin du centre mais nous avions un véhicule de location, rien aux alentours mis à part une supérette. Belle piscine propre avec suffisamment de transats pour un mois d août c est très bien! Super kid s club mon fils de 5 ans a trouvé son bonheur et de nouveaux amis. Le gros bémol de cet hôtel très peu d équipement dans l appart pas de couvert assiettes et ustensiles de cuisine 2 serviettes pour 5 pas de tapis de bain nous les avons réclamé à 3 reprises nous les avons finalement eu la veille de notre départ et le gros gros bémol notre chambre n à été nettoye ou rangé par les femmes de ménage!!!!! La réception n est pas du tout réactif et semble peu qualifié pour répondre aux attentes des clients
