Staff: very nice
Location: very nice
Room: dark, cold in the winter, not clean, shower head terrible.
Great little hotel , treat you like family as they say the hotel is your home.
Breakfast was good , very friendly and welcoming.
Overall would highly recommend and will be back to stay here again.
This is a wonderful place. Our host was the most friendly and kind person you could imagine. The rooms were so spacious and clean and the breakfast was delicious. We highly recommend this place.
Check-in was a bit slow and the rooms are smaller than they appear (no separate bath/toilet in our room). Nonetheless, the rooms were clean. The hotel is located in an alley/street that cars can't access so you have to walk about a block plus with your bags; however it is near a large square and a number of restaurants.
Very comfortable Riad, plenty of covered outdoor spaces to relax in, away grom the hussle & bussle. Very close to markets/souks and historic sites, palaces etc. Traditional Berber breakfast included. Swimming pool was chilly
We were very well taken care off by Souafian who ensured we had a comfortable stay at the Riad. He coordinated a day trip for us, arranged drop off to the airport and provided us helpful tips during our stay. We appreciate his warm hospitality.
The room and facilities were extremely clean. The one suggestion we have is to improve the lighting in the room. Room was not bright and it felt dark throughout the day. Otherwise, a very comfortable stay.
We were staying in Riad Turquoise for two nights. Our stay at this riad was plesent. Beds were comfy, breakfast was just what we expected (orange juice was so tasty) and staff was nice and helpful.

Very different from all the places ive stayed at. There is a musty smell where we had our massage and at around the dining area. It is kind of difficult to find the place.
The hotel was very quiet and the room was pretty. The hotel staff was very nice and the breakfast was lovely.
There was only one thing I didn’t like about was that the hotel page says it has a restaurant, but it didn’t have a restaurant onsite.
There wasnt 24 hour concierge. I arrived to a rude person who i apparently woke up. He didn't want to let me in . When he did my luggage wasn't safely stored. The advertised breakfast wasnt offered 730-1030am. I had tried to contact the hotel about a traveler joining me on july 29 and got no response and when she joined me the manager freaked out and cursed at us, it was threatening and weird. He would not calm down even when we offered to pay the fee for another person. He even said he would call the police and tried to bar us physically from our room and belongings . I over heard other guests saying theit toilet was not working. No one was helpful or concerned about guests.

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Very nice looking building “historically” but in need of maintenance. No water pressure in shower. Uncomfortable beds. Broken light switches.
Horrifying. I booked 2 rooms. Each had beds to sleep 4. The guy who checked us in was yelling at us as we showed up with 4 people in one room and 3 in another. My original booking said 2 for one room and he would not budge. He seemed to be stuck on the head count. He charged us for 2 more people after much negotiating (I was called a bad woman at one point) even though the small print said 4 per room. At one point he locked us in the Riad and kept us hostage and would not let us leave until we paid for the other 2 people. He kept saying "not my problem, not my problem". As a group of women we felt very unsafe.
At breakfast, we were given white bread and jam. That's it. When we asked if there was anything else for breakfast, the lady lost her temper and started yelling at us. We are not sure what the issue was here. We were nothing less than polite Canadians.
Since this stop we continued our journey to other riads in Morocco and the hospitality was nothing less than amazing.
