The manager is very helpful. The staff are very kind. The building and rooms are well decorated. Breakfast was also very nice. It can be hard to find the exact location of this Riad, so if you have mobile data and google maps, make sure you make a pin so you can find your way back.

Absolutely beautiful riad in the old city which was a peaceful oasis away from the hectic chaos of Marrakech. Wonderful hospitality & service in a stylish & authentic property which was a truly magical experience. Great accommodation in Marrakesh’s Medina.

I enjoyed my stay at Riad Dar Serenity. The location was convenient and allowed to walk pretty much to all main attractions without need for taxi. Breakfast was included in the room option I had chosen and was of very good quality. Room was of a good size. Definitely recommend, and I will definitely come back to stay next time I’m in Marrakesh.

Very nice rooms and interiour. Has a typical character of a riad with central courtyard. Clean and quiet. Helpful and courtious personnel. They arranged trips for us and shuttle to/from airport. Nice Moroccan breakfast. Top terrace romantic with great views. Location is great, in a maze of narrow Medina streets, only 15-20 min walk from the busy Fna square. We loved our 5 night stay there.

Séjour très agréable dans ce riad typique qui sent bon la fleur d’oranger au coeur de la médina, où on est accueilli très chaleureusement par Rachid et Hasna. Petit-déjeuner et diner très bon. Chambre très propre avec la clim. On profite avec plaisir de la terrasse ! Possibilité de réserver des activités avec le riad. Toute l’équipe a rendu ce voyage parfait !

Magnifique riad

Week-end à deux. Récupérés directement à l'aéroport à notre demande. Ils ont ete aux petits soins pour nous à n'importe quelle heure et de bons conseils pour le change etc ... parfait pour etre en immersion au coeur de la médina. A 15 min à pied de la medina, ce qui permet de ne pas etre loin du coeur de ville sans avoir l'agitation de la foule et des moteurs. Parfait. Riad magnifique et décoré avec gout.

Siempre necesite ayuda de Hassna última Rashid para llegar al hotel, Rashid fue muy amable y varias veces me fue a buscar al estacionamiento, le estaré siempre agradecida! Sino el hotel es bellísimo, cuarto grande cama cómoda y limpio. Volvería sin dudar.

El Riad es excelente. Un lugar decorado con mucho gusto. Pero lo mejor ha sido la atención de su personal. Desde Hassna, la manager quien desde el primer momento nos asesoró con la llegada al Riad, hasta Rachid y Mouna quienes nos atendieron en el Riad como reyes.
