Safe, friendly, accommodating staff. Made to feel very welcome. The Riad is very clean and comfortable and the meals are prepared freshly onsite. We also had massages. Staff brought our dinner up to the Roof Terrace in the evenings. Easy walking distance to the Souk and Main Square.

Theft of clothes during my journey!

It should be a very nice journey, the quality of service was great, but unfortunately, some of my clothes have been stolen there. The stewart moved a jacket and some shirts in a wardrobe/closet without any notice and when I left, I didn't check this place since I hadn't put anything there. When I realized at the end of the day I had forgotten stuff I called back the hotel but they denied. My colleague was with me in another room similar to mine and the same thing happened except he had put things in the closet so he noticed some of his stuff had been moved there. The answer of the hotel : clothes have been moved only in my colleague's room not in mine!?! Very sad experience overall!

Oase der Ruhe inmitten der Medina

Wir waren während sieben Tagen Gast im Riad Magda und die Herzlichkeit der Angstellten hat uns beeindruckt. Hicham im Service hat uns verwöhnt und Fatiha hat uns Köstlichkeiten aus der marokkanischen Küche aufgetischt. Auch Spezialwünsche waren ihnen nicht zu viel. Zemeb war der gute Geist im Zimmer und alles war immer perfekt sauber. Manager Khalid hat uns tolle Ausflüge organisiert und gab gute Tipps. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Nochmals herzlichen Dank dem ganzen Team!
