I had a lovely stay at the Riad Enchante, its beautifully decorated and comfortable. The staff were beyond helpful, friendly and really lovely making our stay more enjoyable. The riad is in a central location within the souks, if you are familiar with Marrakesh you will understand the appeal. The breakfast was great, the rooms are extremely clean- its a good option to book.

This Ryad was beautiful, very well located within the Medina and so close to so many key spots. The staff were so warm and welcoming and seemed to be genuinely interested in helping us have the best time in Marrakesh. The breakfast was delicious and substantial and the hot tub on the roof was an extra touch of comfort and relaxation after long days of walking and sightseeing. We enjoyed our stay and would really recommend Riad Enchante.

The staff were excellent. Very friendly, helpful, kind and humble . They made our stay very enjoyable and that made up for a few minor inconveniences we experienced. The breakfast they served was very delicious and filling as well. Overall, this is an excellent Riad.

What a fantastic stay at Riad Enchante. The riad itself was perfect, room was fantastic and the staff were helpful and kind at every interaction. Just a delight! I couldn't recommend the stay any higher, it was a joy. Central to the souks, just off a main street, it was easy to navigate and locate as it is directly behind the Secret Garden. The team at Riad Enchante were a delight and made our stay welcoming and warm with support at every turn. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

A lovely, homely riad right in the heart of the Medina. Two minutes walk and you are in the hubbub of the souks. The folks running the riad really make you welcome and we loved every minute of our stay. The breakfast is wonderful and lunch and dinner can be ordered. We had a great meal one evening on the rooftop terrace where breakfast is also served. There are sun loungers up there and a hot tub too. Our room (Alladin) was lovely. The air con is great and the room was maintained daily to a high standard. Toiletries are supplied and topped up. All in all we loved our 5 nights here. We were made to feel very welcome and the folks running Riad Enchanté really go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need.

Great stay would recommend. The property is conveniently located in the Medina. The first time it might be a bit tricky to find but post it’s super easy to move around. What made the stay special was the staff. The staff was excellent. The front desk Ilyas and his colleague super attentive. The chef - breakfast was incredible. I probably got spoiled as I don’t eat like this at all. The cleaning staff great. I suffer from allergies and no issues at all. Would recommend to stay

Service at the riad was extremely helpful. They organized an easy pick-up from and to the airport, including someone who helped us with our luggage on the 10 min walk to the riad. They also prepared breakfast for us when we arrived and allowed us to check in early. Highly recommend this riad

Nice location to souks and the Secret Garden. Lyes, the hotel manager was helpful in finding a place we could get laundry done and took care of our clean clothes that were delivered until we made it back to the Riad. He also helped us find a bank.

Great location to souks. Breakfast on rooftop very nice. Hot tub wasn’t operational but we weren’t planning on using it. Lyes the check in manager was helpful to tell us where we could get laundry done and took care of the clean delivered clothes while we were out sightseeing. And the air conditioner was so welcomed!

Great place. Very clean and comfortable. Staff was extremely helpful. About 1 km from the main market square but would definitely recommend. Would strongly suggest that you arrange the airport transfer through the hotel that also includes moving your luggage from the drop off place to the riad. You will not be scammed to pay anything extra
