This is a very average Riad. The team who runs it only put the necessary time and effort, so we didnt experience the Moroccan hospitality everyone talkss about. The breakfast was very industrialized, mainly types of bread and Dannone yogurt. It didnt seem that they made the beds everyday. The first floor is EXTREMELY noisy, since the loud doorbell for the Riad is in the middle of the Patio.

Everything seems so perfect but our room was on the ground floor, the bathroom had strong cat wee smell , it was so strong, that all my clothes put in the bathroom wardrobe absorbed all the smell after out 1st night stay. Situation didn't improve in our next 2 nights. Final night we had no hot water for shower after a long tour, only to find out the boiler was broken down and they need to reset. Other than that we had no problems

Wir hatten einen grossartigen Aufenthalt im Riad Chafia und es fehlte uns an nichts. Der Service war stets freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Das marrokanische Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse war grosszügig, abwechslungsreich und lecker. Die Lage des Riads ist ideal für die Erkundung Marrakesh’s zu Fuss. Das Hotelzimmer war klein (aber ausreichend gross) sowie gemütlich.

Close to the taxi station

The riad owner is very kind. He gave us his suggestion on our itinerary and recommended us a very good restaurant. He will provide us with ice water whenever we are back to the riad which is considered to be very attentive in this hot weather. The breakfast is good.

Cosy Riad, lovely Host

We recently stayed here for 5 days and it was perfect. From the hotel transfer to tips on where to go/eat, this riad is in the heart of the medina. Would definitely recommend.

Superbe Riad et séjour

Déjà je tenais à remercier Patrick et Catherine pour leur super accueil, et aussi à toute leur équipe (Rachid, Fatima et Anouar). Ce séjour de 10 jours a été magnifique. Des notre arrivé nous avons été accueillis par Catherine qui a pris le temps de nous expliquer durant presque 1 heure toutes les visites que nous pourrions faire, le chemin pour allé vers la place Jemaa el-Fna … La déco est magnifique et la propreté du Riad est irréprochable. Dès que l’on rentre dans le Riad une odeur de fleur d’oranger très agréable nous fait déjà rêver. Le Riad est très bien placé (Ryad Laârouss), à deux minutes à pieds d'une place de taxi donc très pratique. Nous reviendrons très bientôt c’est sur :). Mehdi et Lynda.

Merveilleux séjour dans ce Riad a moins de 10 min de la place Jemaa El Fna, très propre et tellement calme avec un décor sublime.L'accueil de Patrick et de son équipe (Catherine, Anouar, Rachid et Fatima) superbe, toujours le sourire, toujours disponibles et de très bon conseil, bref Le riad a conseiller.Nous ne voulons même pas essayer d'autres Riads.Nous y retournerons avec le plus grand plaisir.
