Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

ZERO STARS Nobody There

30 minutes before check in time we knocked on the door, no answer. No problem, we were 30 minutes early. Then 45 minutes after check in time, still no answer. We were in the right place. Two different sets of locals showed us that this was it. Wasted time TWICE with Hotels.com trying to get a refund. Had to take it to Capital One. These people are crooks. Don't waste your time or money here. Also, terrible location in a sketchy remote area of the medina.
