We had the most wonderful stay here, the staff were so friendly and accommodating. The Riad is beautiful and perfectly placed for the Medina and getting to the pick up locations for excursions. The only thing I would suggest is to think about lighting for doing make up! The room is fairly dark for that. Rooms had nice fixtures and great air conditioning.

The Riad is very well located, with easy, quick and simple access to the main square. Staff was really kind and helpfull.The room was well-decorated, with all necessary amenities, and very comfortable. The bed was great, and they change towels every day. I would just add some fruit to breakfast.

Everything about Riad Medina D’Or was great! From the welcome to the departure, my friend and I were minded with the upmost care. My friend is a celiac and the Team at the Riad made she she had breakfast each morning that worked for her. We booked day trips through the Riad, which was seamless and unforgettable. The room was cleaned each day and spacious for 2 people. Highly recommend.

Family owned very nice Riad

It's right on the centre of the Medina but so very quiet. It's a simple life, like think a very nice bed and breakfast with very good rooms but nothing's extra, great beds, nice showers and toilet and you eat breakfast in the main room. Staff speaks french and english, family owned Instead of a Riad owned by rich foreigners so if you live here you are not supporting that the.prices go up.

The riad is perfectly located in the heart of the city, within walking distance of all the main attractions. The rooms were nice, clean, and beautifully decorated, creating a cozy and authentic atmosphere. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and a perfect way to start the day. We also used the riad’s transportation service, which was wonderful — they were punctual and even helped us with our bags. Miloud and the rest of the staff were amazing — very friendly, welcoming, and always attentive. We felt safe, comfortable, and well taken care of throughout our stay. It was a truly lovely experience, and I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting!

On arrival the night before my reservation they said my room was unavailable and moved me to Riad El Wiam near Jemaa el-Fnaa. Staff did not explain price differences or refund options, and I was forced to pay transportation in cash at checkout with no receipt. The experience was stressful and poorly managed. I contacted the hotel and Expedia but have not received a satisfactory resolution.

Wat een fantastische ervaring bij Medina d’Or in Marrakesh! 🌿 Het personeel is ontzettend behulpzaam, echt niets is te veel gevraagd. Je voelt je er meteen welkom en goed verzorgd. De riad zelf is proper, rustig en een heerlijke plek om tot rust te komen na een dag in de stad. Bovendien ligt het op wandelafstand van het levendige Jma el-Fna plein, wat ideaal is om alles makkelijk te verkennen. We hebben hier echt prachtige dagen doorgebracht. Absoluut een aanrader voor wie Marrakesh bezoekt!

Consigliamo veramente questa struttura, pulita e molto carina. Miloud, il ragazzo che ci ha accolto, è troppo gentile e sempre a disposizione per qualunque esigenza. La struttura mette a disposizione transfer. La posizione della struttura è perfetta, in centro a qualche minuto dalla famosa piazza di Marrakesh ed è quindi sicura per il rientro alla sera, anche se in generale la città è tranquilla. Ci è piaciuta anche la colazione, abbondante e di ottima qualità.
