Breakfast buffet was limited and repetitive. Dinner slightly betterHowever, spa and pool area were good. Staff were attentive. Small lift suitable for just about 4 people, but with no luggage. Avoid side facing Main Street. Air conditioning was working. Only get one room card, which was inconvenient. No baths, all rooms with showers.

The Hotel staff were Awesome, the location was perfect for my needs. The breakfast included was the CON , it was okay but the same thing for the 6 days I was there , it needed variety. There are little restaurants everywhere and affordable. Overall I was completely satisfied.

Really clean hotel. Close to lots of restaurants. Hotel however didn’t have the room ready, which led to sitting in their lobby for some time. Not sure why they have a check in time if they don’t have rooms ready at that time.

Great place to stay in Marrakech
I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Ayoub, located in the 'New' area of Marrakech. Only 5 minutes drive to Gueliz, and 10 minutes to Jemaa el-Fna. I did use the Sauna whilst at the hotel, so I got to see the spa and message areas. All very well kept and great service. The room itself was a good size and all facilities as advertised. The internet was fast and stable!

The hotel is excellent value for money. The hotel is safe, secure, and clean. The breakfast, restaurant, and pool are good. The staff were very helpful and professional. Beds are comfortable and the bathroom is spacious with a powerful shower. I would have given the hotel 5 stars but our AC didn’t work.

Great stay
I was quite sceptical about staying here, however when I arrived it did give me a smile. Hotel staff are friendly and very helpful every time you need help! The price I paid for this hotel for 11 day stay was totally worth it! Only thing is that this hotel needs a area for guests to lounge around at night because there’s a 9PM curfew currently. The pool is way bigger than the photos shown so All in all great experience.

Hotel was great and a awesome price however the service was by far the best part and was AMAZING!! Specifically Hassan made it top notch! I seriously can’t say enough to articulate how great this experience was. Thank you for everything! This staff made a great vacation one of the best I’ve ever had!

Welcome to Marrakesh!
Such an awesome place to stay. The rooms were clean, the workers were AMAZING (Shout out to Hassan who hooked us up with tours and hot spots) and the pool was a cool place to hangout. The hotel is in a good location, not really by much but a 7 min cab ride to the Médina or dinner which really was not bad. Id stay here again. Highly recommend this place.

Terrible experience - offended by staff
I had a terrible experience - been traveling a lot around the world as a solo female traveler and at this hotel one guy from the staff were following me all around the facilities although I told him to stop. Wifi was not working the first two days and I came for doing business that I needed to be online for. Also the pool was ice cold and when I wanted to go to the gym the staff told me it was closed every Monday. When I came home another employee had taken my email address and had written me an inappropriate message about how much he loved me. I wrote an email to the hotel to complain but they have not even responded.

Good hotel with compact clean rooms and looks modern. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Good location and nice neighbourhood. Breakfast is terrible and not many choices. Especially no fruits or yogurt and very limited menu. Except breakfast all good with the hotel.

Nice hotel, good staff. Its a bit out of the city and main touristy bits, but easy enough to walk to the main roads in either direction for busses, taxis. It's great if you want a bit of peace and quite after a long day. Room was very comfortable and maintained well.

REALLY noisy place. I blame this on the architecture which has every room door facing a massive open air space from the ground floor to the top of the hotel, So, you hear every door slam and loud conversation from the lobby and each and every floor as guests enter and exit their rooms

Be very careful when you are booking a full boarding. This hotel will offer you the same 3 types of salad and 3 types of Sandwiches for lunch to choose from every day. The lunch menu does not change, my husband and I stayed for 10 days and and they kept asking us to keep from the same menu everyday, for the exception that they offered the dinner leftovers from the previous night. The breakfast is very very poor, the worse that I ever seen, for desert they will offer you desert from the frozen aisle from the supermarket. My money was also stolen from my wallet which was in my bag and never came out of my room. I’m so shocked by the positive reviews I read before picking this hotel, definitely far from being a four star...

A place that makes you wish to live in Marakkesh
We booked a hotel for three nights in Marakesh, the hotel is in good condition Location isn good, is about 10 minutrs drive with taxi from city center and near big alleys to get out from town. In a range of one kilometer there are some really good restaurants, over the street is Medical University and some small shops. The parking is in front, is guarded 24h a day from hotel security service. We got a big room with street view, with huge bed and they brought an extra bed for a child. In the room was fridge, a couple of chairs, a big screen TV, Wifi was working very well The Bathroom was clean, nicely equipped and big enough. The breakfast was good, there was enough coffee and Moroccan tea :) We also paid a visit to spa, where we were serviced with really good massage. I do recommend, The staff is kind and helpful and every tip you give is warmly welcomed, also some chocolate bars for the guy who was watching our car during the night was accepted with great gratitude. if I would come back, I would probably go there again (I`ll be back in two years probably ) ). The only thing that irritated us was an elevator, which has a door that closes far too soon But OK, that is just a detail.

A 4 star hotel without an iron, cold pool and have to pay for entry into sauna. Otherwise a 20dh taxi ride away from the centre. There is a nice local food shack down the road and a few grocery stores. Didn’t have food at the hotel so can’t comment
