Das Zimmer war schon bisschen abgerockt. Nicht richtig sauber, teilweise Dinge schon sehr abgenutzt, Tür hat geklemmt. Mitarbeiter teilweise sehr nett und hilfsbereit, teilweise kaum englisch und keinen Servicegedanken. (Bestellung falsch verstanden, falsche Drinks geliefert, Essensbestellung nach langer Wartezeit erst hinterfragt.) Gym? Es sollte Arobic Raum heißen… Nur limitierte und schlechte Ausstattung. Auswahl und frische beim Frühstück so lala.. Staff kommt mit Bestellungen, sauber machen und auffüllen kaum hinterher. Brotmesser extrem dreckig und Toaster nur halb funktional.
