"This ski-in/ski-out hotel exceeded our expectations. We were upgraded to a premier slope-facing room and waking up to the snow views was incredible. The Level M1 ski storage is extremely convenient—put on your gear and step right onto the slope within seconds. From the champagne welcome in the lobby to the outstanding service at Incline One, everything felt seamless and high-quality. The snow in this area was well suited to my level, and because instructors ski the first runs each morning, any icy sections are quickly broken up, making the snow much softer and more comfortable to ski. The front desk is staffed with multiple team members who sincerely help guests and make you feel truly taken care of."

"Our stay at The Laurel Wood was absolutely amazing! The staff went over and beyond to make our visit special from start to finish. Everyone was so helpful and welcoming. The room was spotless and beautifully maintained, and the jacuzzi at night was an unforgettable experience — a total must-do! One of our favorite moments was lighting the fireplace with the kids, which created such a cozy, memorable family atmosphere. We can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend The Laurel Wood for a relaxing and family-friendly getaway!"

"Even tho it started off not so good cause of another guess being rude and disrespectful and threatening to call the police on me because he felt like he was better than us. The staff try they best to accommodate us for the situation. Even tho i felt that they could of did a little better cause i felt like if it was me [person of color] would have forsure got kicked out and had me in the back of the police car. I had to take what ever they gave me. They didn't even have no out come on how they delt with this rude guess. I left there with a sour taste in my mouth. But hey it is what it is."
