"I left my wallet in the room containing quite alot of euros and some English money and health cards . When discovered I had left it on the Sunday hotel staff said it was checked by cleaner and receptionist who didn’t find it! and it and would be difficult to contact next occupant. It was a large wallet with a handle and it must have dropped on the floor. I can only have left it there as only took out my pills for the friday night snd had no need to use until the Sunday!"

Mercure Le Mans Batignolles - Hôtel & Spa"So this place has been advertised as a spa hotel and the photos suggest a very high quality. The pool is tiny, the gym is not really a gym and the running machine was out of order, the sauna room is very small. The whole spa sauna complex is pretty dismal. Secondly, we had bugs in our room and we mentioned this to the staff. I would have expected upgraded rooms straight away but we dis not get anything. I have taken photos of the bugs which I will Upload, these consisted of bugs and ants....
