The only thing I have negative to say is no coffee pot,no fridge no microwave. Either a coffee pot or microwave would have been nice to be able to either make a coffee or microwave to warm coffee up in the morning.

The shower clogged multiple times and called the front desk a couple times and they never came. Said the order was canceled and I never asked for a cancellation. I asked for additional towels to help with the flood, but never came. Disappointing.

So disappointed with our very expensive room with terrace. Bilbao is wonderful and the view from the room was spectacular but there were lots of little details that let the experience down; there was a cigarette burn on a cushion on the terrace chair, another large burn mark on the bathroom sink ...
