Really good stay

Hotel was perfect, tidy, modern, clean and parking was secure in a underground area. The room was perfect and service efficient. We had no time for breakfast.

Hyggelige ansatte, gode senger. God frokost. Gratis betjent parkering utenfor hotellet og i parkeringskjeller. Nærhet til shopping, turistattraksjoner, restauranter og kafeteriaer. Vi er veldig fornøyd med alt.

Otel belli ki çok eski, birçok yeri dökülüyor. Örnek olarak banyoda elimi kurulamak için havluyu elime aldım, havluyu tutan demir ayağıma düştü ayağım kanadı. Hayatımda gördüğüm en kötü otel personeli, ve en kötü karşılanma. Bu yaşımda belboy arabasıyla valiz yükleyip valizlerimi taşıdım gecenin bir yarısı yorgun olmama rağmen. Bir daha yakınından geçmem.

1gece daha ücretsiz kalın deseler kalınacak hotel değil.temiz değil,hizmet yok,holler kapkaranlık,kahvaltıda 2 kişiye 1 su ve 1 simitin 1/4 ü servis edildi.2kişilik odada bir terlik vardı istedik 14 saat Hotelde kaldık ama terlik gelmedi.pencereler tam açılmıyor,açılsa durmuyor kapanıyor. Hotels.com un yerinde olsam yemin ederim buradan konaklama vermem.

Konaklama bakımından hiçbir sorun yaşamadık. Oteldeki karşılama ve konfor gayet tatmin ediciydi. Konakladığımız odadaki tek problem duş başlığı sorunlu olmasıydı, su duşakabinin üzerinden banyonun içine akıyordu. Son olarak otelin kahvaltısı bizi hayal kırıklığına uğrattı. Seçeneklerde açık büfe kahvaltı yazıyordu otelde normal bir kahvaltı tabağı ile karşılaştık. Peynir yiyemeyen biri olduğum için tabakta yiyebileceğini sadece birkaç parça domates, salatalık ve zeytin vardı, ne yazık ki otelden aç ayrılmış olduk.

Wouldn’t recommend this hotel

Situated in city centre this was very convenient best part of stay. Carpets in hallway outside room was really dirty. WiFi virtually non existent, only 1 receptionist spoke English and we needed to report a leak in bathroom on our 1st day then again when we left obviously not repaired just wiped dry. Breakfast was very disappointing, 1st morning cheese, boiled egg, 2 cherry tomatoes and 4 pieces of cucumber, 1 very small & thin slice of meat (so thin you barely tasted it) and olives. 2nd morning the same less the meat. No hot choice as shown in pictures (can’t find the pictures now of dining room seem to have disappeared) was just delivered to your table when you sat down, it was just take it or leave it. Definitely not a 4* in my opinion

Central within an easy stroll from cafes, tea gardens etc. Large bedroom. Will return. Only negative was the breakfast which had clearly been prepared the night before. So, wilted cucumber etc

A nice hotel with a great gym/pool/hamam area downstairs. The rooftop breakfast is also very nice. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Location is also central to the city and a free parking deck is under the hotel. Drawbacks: The bathroom had a persistent smell of sewage that was very unpleasant. The wifi was pretty bad Laundry services was dry cleaning only and was extremely expensive. We did not even bother with that service.

Todo en general muy bien en el hotel, salvo por las almohadas que eran incómodas. Pedí en recepción que me la cambiaran y me dijeron que eran las únicas que tenían. El desayuno era muy saludable y abundante
