Not worth the amount. Cleaniness and property condition was bad. Specially the mattresses were in worse condition couldnt sleep on it. Lighting was inadiquate.

Clean hotel good for 1-2 nights but no hot water
Basic hotel with balcony. Good for solo traveler if your staying 1 or 2 nights on a budget. However there was no hot water so I could not shower the 2 days I stayed there. I let the water run for 1 hr and 45 minutes and checked it every 5 minutes and there was only ice cold water. If you don't mind showering in cold water then this hotel is fine. However if you want to have a relaxing shower after traveling this hotel may not be the place for you. It is right down the street from the "Beach" and is very close to several shops. And the kastile.(castle) The bed also is not a sprint mattress but the one I stayed on was more of a budget mattress which was pretty stiff. The hotel staff was pretty nice and friendly and there was no bugs or cockroaches in the hotel (I seen reviews of people saying there was cockroaches but I looked everywhere in the room and couldn't find any traces of bugs) All in all its a nice hotel for 1 night or 2 but could use hot water and if it had hot water is recommend this hotel for a longer stay on a budget. Room was also very clean and large.

Konaklama amaçlı idare eder.
Otelin konumu merkeze yakın ve plaja yürüme mesafesinde. Rotamız üzerinde konakladığımız bir oteldi. "Otel tatili yapalım, dışarıya çok çıkmayalım" diyorsanız bu otel size göre değil ancak konaklayalım ve nispeten "temiz yatak ve duş ihtiyacımızı karşılasın" derseniz kalınabilir. Personel güler yüzlü ellerinden geleni yapıyorlar. (Odalarda buzdolabı yok.)

良い休暇を過ごせました。
オーナーは大変親切で、部屋の掃除も行き届いていて素晴らしいホテルです。エアコンも設置されていました。野菜市場も近くにあります。　ただ、部屋の照明が2箇所点灯せず部屋が暗いのと、シャワーがかなりぬるめなお湯だったのが残念でした。

Temiz otel samimi insanlar
Evet eski bir otel ama samimi çalışanlar ve temiz bir otel lokasyon çok iyi Marmaris merkeze yürüme mesafesinde. Otele çok para vermek istemiyorsanız bizim gibi sadece yatmak için kullanacaksanız mükemmel seçim. Odalarda buzdolabı yok

The Mss was king and recommended me a good bot trip agency.The location is good, near to sea and near to centre.. But... rooms wasn't clean, also the swimming pool. And i have hurts on my legs in the morning, event sheets or towels wasn't clean, i had to go to pharmacy and bought spray for 100 TL and when i told to the manager she answerd me that she doesn't have to refund me in nothing

You entered, you were satisfied with everything, you said that you liked the room, you went in the morning for a boat tour, you already stayed for 1 night, you could not enter the pool anyway because it is forbidden to enter the pool in the evening, chlorak is throwing, you came after the tour, you asked us for money, you took medicine for eczema, what do we have to do with it, shame what you did is really too much now, slander slander slander
