The service was wonderful
My room was very small. The bathroom mirror for makeup was cracked in many places.
My shower in the morning was a cold water only
The wine in the mini bar had turned to vinegar
I could not figure out how to use the lighting system and I’m usually OK with complicated systems
The traffic policeman outside my window started whistling his whistle at 6:30 AM nonstop
My room was clean. The bed was very comfortable.

"I ended up having to use Uber because the shuttle service was too limited. From what I remember, it only ran once an hour and required scheduling in advance, which wasn’t possible for my last-minute trip."
