"We had a recent family stay at the Grand Kruger Lodge in the family chalet. The property is nestled in Marloth Park surrounded by animals roaming around freely. The staff were so welcoming and helpful which made our stay even more memorable. The property is very well maintained and the food included in the half-board option was so delicious. "Great location right in the park plenty of wildlife around and so quite Accommodation is lovely blends into the jungle Staff all very helpful and friendly especially Laura she was great Ate a few times there food was really nice If we come back would stay again "

"Das Hotel hat unser Zimmer wenige Stunden kommentarlos storniert. Wir haben die Email erhalten, als wir gerade komplett erschöpft von einem interkontinentalen Flug kamen. Als wir uns per Telefon beschwerte war die Rezeption des Hotels enorm unhöflich (und meinte auch noch, dass das nicht unser Problem sei). Für uns war es eine richtige Katastrophe da wir mitten in der Hauptsaison ein anderes Hotel finden mussten. "
