"Amazing location . Very nice hotel.. "

"The reservation was for three people. The room was prepared for two people. The bedding for the sofa bed was not provided. The phone didn't work. Floor lamps were blinking. I had to go down to the concierge to get the extra bedding. There was only one elevator for the entire hotel. I walked down the stairs at 10 pm and there were some men hanging out around the stairs. After getting the bedding we opened the sofa bed and it wouldn't open properly. The bed would not go flat. I couldn't call the guest service because the phone didn't work. Didn't want to go back down using the never arriving elevator or use the staircase. There was a bright light right outside my window. Even the shades couldn't block it entirely. All in all, we found the hotel disappointing, in a poor management, which is different from our memories about 10 years ago when we stayed there. "

"Quick check in process, clean hotel lobby & room, our room was missing bath towels and soap. Bed was very comfortable. Kind of frustrating that parking isn't included with the price of the stay, and the parking lot is a bit annoying to get in and out of"

"It's a really bad experience with the front desk. Lift was not working, key cards are not working. They cancelled my original reservation and tried to charge double rate saying my original reservation was no longer exists. The person who cancelled my reservation was not there, manager wasn't there. No matter how much I tried to bare with the staff, they're not ready to accommodate me and made me wait additional 45 mins as they're busy attacking other customers (even though my reservation was cancelled without any email or phone communication). Mistakes happen, in the hospitality industry, they would need to be courteous and own their mistakes."
