"This place is great! I was here with my two young daughters, after a cancelled flight. We didn’t have too much time in Chicago, but felt it was a good base for us to get a taste of the city! Could’ve walked more places from here if it wasn’t so cold! Easy to get to the airport on the train. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Fresh and clean inside! "

Very prompt room service with nice choices 24/7 (we ordered at midnight). Located about 2 blocks from Miracle Mile. On top of that, customer service was outstanding!"
