Their only option for us - they did not offer an outside laundry service - was to give them our laundry and they would wash it in their facilities along with their hotel laundry. Couldn't guarantee a time for return of laundry and couldn't describe how they would find our laundry in the completed hotel wash. I contacted your virtual agaent, Ryan, who insisted I needed to send him a screen shot of your website with the listing. After an hour he ended the session. I have a copy of your listing, as of today, with Laundry listed as an Amenity.
