Beautiful hotel, excellent location. We arrived after a transatlantic flight and were happy thst the room was ready- but then one staff came over and said she couldn’t give us the room until at least 12 noon (?), unless we paid an extra 50 euro. I can understand if the room isn’t ready, that happens ...
