Check in time shows 3 pm , i arrived at 4:30 om and the room wasnt ready i had to wait 20 minutes , then i checked in and the bed wasnt done, no sheet, so had to go back again at the entrance to ask the staff, they moved me finally in another room. Not the best when you arrive after a long road ...

I returned my cabin keys when I checked out, but they never returned the key deposit hold on my credit card. When i called to follow up they played dumb and accused me of not returning my keys.
