"Great place to stay. Lots of space. We had an issue with one shower causing lots of water on the floor but they came the next day to address it. That was appreciated. Note there is no lock safe in the suite. That was not told to us. But I would still highly recommend it. "

The apartment comes with a kitchen, but you have to pay for the use of everything in the kitchen, including the dishes and cutlery . This is not made very clear by Expedia! The apartment was nicely stocked but I didn't know how to use the stove so really didn't cook anything but there was a microwave and a full size fridge. "This was the perfect relaxing stay in Rome, the property exudes classic luxary. Easily walkable to many sights and restaurants. The breakfast was exactly what I want out of a hotel breakfast and the pool area was picturesque. Our room was very spacious and clean. "The property expirience does not match pictures on expedia. We didn't get property as it was on picture when I made booking on expedia.it. On my request they gave me apropriate apartment but in 10pm! they asked me to pay full price of that apartment although I already paid most of that amount throught reservation.. on a side fact that I booked that better apartment according to pictures on expedia.. "The place is great, very good located, people from housekeeping the best and happy to offer their help in all you need. They go from 10 to 2pm Monday to Saturday. The apartments are walkable everyplace in the city, very well equipped but maybe they can add a small microwave. We enjoyed it very much but we never understood they don’t have a reception at all. You have to visit with a cell to contact the manager or owner who help us very much in transfers."
