Clean room. Be prepared to set your heat in the winter then leave for a couple hours while it is warming up. Could your some rugs or carpet as the concrete floors didn't get warm until the next morning.

Nice location, quiet, easy access, all one level... Only disappointment is the cheap mattress! Also wish there was a washer and dryer in the building.

It's easy to miss the entrance at night due to limited lighting. They had little sample bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body lotion that can last for an overnight. They also had a facial and body bar. There's no hair dryer and only enough towels for a one night stay for 2 people. If you stay longer I suggest requesting more towels. We didn't use the kitchen area, but it was nice. The bed is huge and comfortable. Its a quieter area and we were also not able to hear others staying at the same hotel. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Self check-in and easy instructions. The property is pretty new and clean. Nothing much to do on the lot but worked very well for one night sleep. The only noticeable downside is the requirement to take all the sheets and towels and the fresh out. While it's not too hard to do. For one night stay this seem to be an overhead to ask

Overall the property and riom were what you would expect, it is located in a nice are not in the middle of town so that was nice. The only real negative was we picked this location as it said it was pet free, and we have nothing against peoples pets but we have allergies to certain things! So however if you are looking for an actual property that is pet free this is not it as there were several pets when we stayed.

The beds were very uncomfortable. You could feel the springs in the beds. Housekeeping knocked on our door at 7:45 am on the day we were checking out. There was no one to be found that worked there. Check in was easy. But they only gave us two small towels for two people. One of us washed our hair and had to use the others towel…gross.

Interesting Property

This was an interesting, no-front-desk property with a handy kitchenette, which could have used a few more dishes & pans. The dark furnishings were striking, but dusty and somewhat smeary when we arrived, so I cleaned a bit before settling in. They probably just need to change an air filter on the A/C unit. The wand on the one window wouldn't let us open blinds partially, there was no mattress pad on the bed and for a three nights stay, we were only given 1 wash cloth, 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel per person. We texted Saturday to see if we could get more, but didn't hear back.We had an ice bucket, but there were no directions on where to find an ice machine, ditto on the complimentary laundry. The rooms were nice and quiet, but the outside doors to enter the hall leading to all the rooms was never locked, in spite of having keypads on them. That was a bit unsettling. We would definitely would try a second stay, because we liked having a kitchen to prepare some meals and the quiet location.

The only negatives were the doors from outside into the common vestibule slammed loudly. Also the water is very soft and didn’t feel like it rinsed off. Good price though and clean spacious room.
