"Stayed here for a business trip, room smelled like smoke, asked for another room, 2nd room smelled like smoke but wasn't as bad. Towels had stains on them, breakfast waffle maker was dirty.. I checked out a day early & was told that i would receive a refund for the 1nd night that i paid for but i never received it.. "

"Our room was nice and clean. Even though the hotel was fairly full, our room was quiet. Breakfast was limited with only breads, cereals, yogurt, juice, and coffee. We stayed for four nights. "

"The room was clean, but the air conditioner in the room was really noisy and even when we turned it down it would not cycle off. We had to shut it off completly and then when the room got hot turn it back on. the exhaust fan in the bathroom had a high whine that was very loud. The toliet would not flush and was clogged most of our visit. The desk chair snapped while I was doing work and I landed on the floor hitting my head. My husband took the broken chair to the front desk where the young man behind the desk remarked that why did you break my chair. When asked to replace it he replied he did not have one. My husband then took the chair from the desk in the lobby, to replace the broken one. I needed one to complete work in the room. We would and will not stay here again."
