"Gorgeous hotel, on arrival we had free glass of wine we also were treated to a bottle of wine and chocolate in our room. We also got an unexpected room upgrade for free which was lovely. The following morning I reported this to reception and she told me she would send up a maintenance man to have a look. Within 15 mins the man arrived and said we will change your room.
