Waited on the free bus for over 30 minutes and there were staff standing around but didn’t let us know until I went up and asked that the buses weren’t running and the lady gave us a unapologetic apology stating she didn’t know we were waiting even though we were sitting at the bus stop. Otherwise the hotel was great and the rest of the staff were super friendly and nice
