Marina Grande Trip

"The unit was clean and updated. My daughter and I both found the mattresses on the bed and the sofa bed to be very hard and uncomfortable. The property would benefit from a proper closet and/or a dresser. we ended up leaving our suitcases open on the floor most of the week.There are also units with a clothes washer, but this one did not have it. I believe I read the description for the other unit in this building and specifically rented from Casa Annalu because I thought there was a washer....

"When we arrived our room wasn't to the standard we were expecting. The terrace was almost shared with other guests, the shower was blocked and there was damp on the wall the other side of where the water had risen in the shower. We asked if there was a room with a more private balcony and although they couldn't move us the same night, we were moved the following day, into a much bigger room with a private balcony and it was perfect. The staff couldn't do enough for you, the decor was simple...

"The place was nice and big. Unfortunately the night I arrived, there was hair throughout the property, including on the floors, bathroom surfaces, towels, and bed sheets. The towels and sheets were visibly unclean, with hair and stains present, and they did not smell like they had been washed. I contacted the property multiple times to report the issue. The towels and sheets were eventually replaced with clean ones at about 5:45pm the following day, meaning the first night I didn't use the...
